The abstract should provide readers with a comprehensive overview of the manuscript without requiring reference to the main text.

d. Keywords

The manuscript must include 3–5 keywords written in English. Keywords should accurately represent the main themes, concepts, or issues discussed in the article and facilitate indexing and searchability. Each keyword should be separated by semicolons.

e. Main Text

The manuscript should be organized into the following main sections: Introduction, Literature Review or Theoretical Framework, Methodology, Results and Discussion, and Conclusion.

Introduction

The Introduction should explain the background of the study, identify the research problem, describe the objectives of the research, and demonstrate the significance of the study within the broader context of legal scholarship. Authors should also identify gaps, inconsistencies, or unresolved issues in existing literature to highlight the novelty and scholarly contribution of the research.

Literature Review or Theoretical Framework

The manuscript should include either a literature review or a theoretical framework, depending on the nature and objectives of the research.

A literature review should critically analyze books, scholarly articles, legal documents, and other relevant sources related to the research topic in order to position the study within current academic discussions and developments.

A theoretical framework should explain the theories, concepts, doctrines, or analytical models underpinning the study and demonstrate how the research is grounded in established academic perspectives.

Methodology

The Methodology section should clearly describe the research methods employed in the study. Authors are expected to specify the type of research conducted, such as normative or doctrinal legal research, empirical legal research, comparative legal research, or socio-legal research. Where relevant, the manuscript should also explain the approaches applied, including statutory, conceptual, historical, or case approaches, as well as the sources of legal materials or data, methods of analysis, and research procedures.

Results and Discussion

The Results and Discussion section should present the research findings together with critical and analytical discussion. This section should demonstrate legal reasoning, interpretation of legal norms or principles, theoretical or conceptual analysis, and comparative perspectives where appropriate. For empirical or case-based studies, authors should also provide data interpretation or case analysis. The discussion should reflect originality, coherence, and a meaningful scholarly contribution to the development of legal studies.

Conclusion

The Conclusion should directly address the research objectives and summarize the principal findings of the study. Authors should avoid merely repeating the abstract or introduction and should not introduce new arguments, evidence, or data in this section. Where appropriate, recommendations or implications of the research may also be included.
