Authors are strongly discouraged from withdrawing manuscripts after submission, as the editorial and peer-review processes require considerable time, effort, and resources from editors, reviewers, and the Publisher.

Nevertheless, authors may request manuscript withdrawal if no updated information regarding the review process has been provided by the journal within six (6) months from the date of submission.
